How to make tasty soothing Smoothies?

Generally, a smoothie means a blend using water or milk base churned such that the end product appears smooth and maybe fluffy/foamy/creamy (smoothies). But here you will be introduced to experiment with a different variety of foods, tastes/ flavors and best is the nutrient benefits from them.

Here will focus on how to calm the cleared gut. By consuming neutral, alkaline liquids with a little acid content can serve this function. We will prepare lovely smoothies pleasant to taste and to the gut as well.

So here you go..

Apple smoothie

Ingredients

apple 1 large ripe

honey 2 Tsp

fresh cream 1 Tsp

cow’s milk 3/4 cup

Method

 

  • Put all the ingredients in the Nutri blend jar

  • attach the blending blade and churn into a soft smoothie and cool your intestines with every sip

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

Strawberries 5-6 nos ripe

Fresh Yoghurt 1 cup

Honey 2 Tsp

Fresh cream 1 Tsp

Method

 

  • Put all the ingredients in the Nutri blend jar

  • Attach the blending and make a refreshing strawberry lassi and serve chilled with thin slices of strawberry.

Soya Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

Soymilk 200 ml

Fresh figs 2 med

Black soft date 1

ice cubes few

Method

 

  • Put all the ingredients in the Nutri-blend jar.

  • Attach the blending blade and churn the above into a refreshing smoothie. Sip immediately to energize yourself.

Banana Almonds smoothie

Ingredients

Bananas 2 meds ripe

Almonds 3-4 nos

Skimmed milk(cool) 1 glass/150 ml

Method

 

  • Put all the ingredients in the Nutri-blend jar.

  • attach the blending blade, churn and enjoy the pleasant sweet soothing drink.

  • You may also try this with fresh figs.

Cucumber-Mint cooler

Ingredients

Cucumber 150 gms grated

Fresh cow milk, curd 50 gms

Mint leaves 5-6 nos

Salt, sugar, cumin powder to taste

white pepper 1 pinch

Method
